The goods are delivered to your home by the express courier or by the postal service. The delivery and operational service is guaranteed throughout Italy. The product that can be purchased from the cart is always available. The goods are always shipped from our headquarters in Fidenza.
COURIER AND PACKAGING
All our shipments are entrusted to professional couriers, in order to guarantee you the best service in terms of punctuality and safety. Fermentiamo uses packaging that can protect your purchases from accidental bumps and sudden changes in temperature.
Shipments are made throughout Europe (except for Switzerland).
THE COST OF SHIPPING WILL BE CALCULATED AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT.

DELIVERY TIME
Delivery usually takes place within 24/96 hours depending on the destination area. At the time of shipment you will receive a confirmation email containing the courier’s tracking number that will allow you to check the transit status of your shipment online.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday following the order of receipt.
