Description

Water tibicos grains are essential to make your drink sparkling and to give its typical fruity flavor.

Water tibicos is a fermented drink that contains strains of yeast and beneficial bacteria; Sparkling and slightly alcoholic, it is also very thirst-quenching and can be flavored with your favorite essences such as cinnamon and vanilla.

With 100gr of product you get about 1 liter of product every 2 days as it will reproduce so you can prepare  more and more..

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

• Dissolve the amount of sugar recommended in the instructions in a liter of water. At least 20 g / L.
• Introduce the culture grains in sugared water and wait 48-72 hours, let it rest at room temperature, away from the sun’s rays in a non-metallic container.
• You can add fruit, dried fruit or flavor with spices.
• Once the water and sugar have fermented, or after 48 hours, separate the tibicos grains from the water with a colander.
• The grains must be placed again in water and sugar, to start a new fermentation cycle.
